Sample Preparation
Sample preparation is an important part of analysis. Most common sample preparation involves either extraction or filtration. Extraction includes solid (SPE), liquid (LLE) or both (SLE). Filtration can be either simple filtration with size discrimination membrane or selective filtration with functionalized membrane, such as in protein precipitation and direct pass through nucleic acid extraction.
